Started out the day here at the 11th Annual Roasters Guild Retreat with some fantastic roundtable discussions about standards, supply chain relationships, and describing taste. Some interesting and enlightening perspectives to consider!

Here we have a fully washed, mechanical washed, natural and pulp natural of the same coffee from a processing experiment with Finca El Manzano in El Salvador. The differences between the processing methods were very noticeable in the cup, and it was also interesting to taste the progression of the flavors from one process to the next.
